I just realized that i have not told you all about my classes yet! It being the end of the first week i guess that it is a good time to do that. I am taking Italian II: its going to kick my butt but i have a feelings that being surrounded by the language will help me pass :) Then an Art History class called Ancient Roman and Etruscan Art: Amazing, fun, great professor, two of my favorite civilizations = perfecto! A 3 hour class on Wednesdays called, Leonardo da Vinci: can u guess whats its about? Haha. It is taught by a famous professor, i have two 30 minute presentations on different pieces of da Vinci's art, and a bunch of cool trips. And of course an art class: Silk Screen to be exact. Its a different kind of print making that can print on textiles as well!
Sitting in Silk Screen today, music on, pen to paper, watching a new creation come to life i realized: i couldn't live without art. Its like my family, my friends, God, chocolate: just can't live without it! The creation that i am working on is a hand drawn design that im making into a textile print. It was amazing being about to draw something that i am very proud of and then start the proses of making it even better! I cannot wait to show you all :)
Anyways, my classes will be lots of fun! They are taking me and tons of weekend trips and day field trips (or should i say around the corner trips). All of which i am looking forward to!
